Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reserving a slot is free and can be cancelled at any time before activation with no charge.

Once the ₹5,000 activation payment is made and work has begun, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for work not yet started.

The ₹5,000 delivery-milestone payment is due during the agreed delivery milestone as per the confirmed scope.
